Quick Guide to Natural Remedies

quick guide to all-natural remedies

The other day, my 3-year-old woke up from his nap, crying and very upset.  Every little thing seemed to set him off — when his 1-year-old brother leaned over to kiss him, he screamed “He’s going to eat me!”

It was clear he wasn’t feeling well.

Soon he felt feverish, and complained of a sore throat.  I scooped him up, snuggled him, and tucked him on the couch with a blanket and pillow.  He fell asleep again for about 30 minutes.

When he woke up, he climbed onto my lap and started telling me stories.  He said he felt better.  He took a short, hot bath — his fever broke, and he started running around and acting like himself again.  He was only sick for a handful of hours.

Healthy kids get sick, too.  But it isn’t days and days of fevers and feeling poorly; it can be only a matter of hours.

As we’ve gotten more into natural health and natural remedies, we’ve experienced more illnesses like this one, and far fewer that lasted longer.   Natural remedies really are pretty amazing!

In fact, here’s how to make one of my favorites and simplest:

But I Don’t Know Where to Start!

I get it.  It’s really hard to get started with natural remedies.  Which are the safest?  How do you use them?  Where do you even get them?

I was in your shoes, about 8 years ago.  I know it’s hard.

I want to help you get started — by sending you a short packet of key information — the Quick Guide to Natural Remedies.  This is exactly what you need to get started with easy home remedies, mostly using things you already have on hand, or can get at most grocery stores.

This packet contains:

  • Tummy Remedies (for stomachache, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation)
  • Respiratory Remedies (for colds, coughs, and more)
  • When to Call the Doctor (which symptoms are truly serious, and which aren’t)

This is the stuff that you need to know, right now.  It’s the information to help you sort through what to do immediately when your little one says “I don’t feel well” or pops up with sniffles or a fever.

It’s hard, at that moment, to know what to do.  These pages are printable, so you can stick them to your fridge or in your medicine cabinet, and pull them for immediate answers.

That’s a Lot of Info!

This is a bundle that is fairly small (many have 70 – 80 resources, or even more; this has only about 20), but it’s an incredibly thorough and complete library on a very important subject.

You’ll find yourself coming back to this collection for years to come, when you need a recipe for a quick essential oil blend, or wonder if peppermint essential oil is safe for babies (it’s not, btw), or need a remedy for colic.  These are books that will never get old or ignored.

It’s a lot to unpack, yes.  But you’ve got plenty of time to unpack it.

The Quick Guide to Natural Remedies that I’m offering for free, helps you get started with natural remedies with its at-a-glance information.  The bundle gives you the in-depth info to really understand what you’re doing, and why, and to expand your knowledge and practice of herbal remedies and essential oils.

It’s really the perfect pair.

This kind of info wasn’t available when I first got started with natural remedies — and I seriously wish it had been.  I learned about natural remedies when social media was barely a thing, and Yahoo groups were all the rage.  Blogs barely existed.  It just wasn’t easy to get the information I needed, and I had to go through lots of trial and error.

You don’t have to go through all that.

Get the bundle now, and you can spend the next several months working at your own pace to understand.  The resources are yours forever.

Once you’ve purchased, simply fill out this form and you’ll receive the Quick Guide to Natural Remedies on June 28!

I Still Have Questions!

I’d be happy to help you.  Please email kate@modernalternativemama.com.  I can answer questions about the resources found in this bundle, how you can get started with this, what’s in my guide, and more.

I really think you’ll benefit greatly from the Herbs & Essential Oils Bundle, and I hope you’ll get it.
